The Spa Lot Massage
The Spa Lot Massage is personalized experience. Customized session to meet your unique needs. Through my experience, I've discovered that a single approach does not suit everyone. My massages blend Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques. While some areas of your body may require deeper pressure work, other areas may benefit from lighter, more relaxing touches. I adjust each session to align with your body’s specific requirements. Promoting relaxation, easing muscle tension, improving range of motion, and enhancing overall well-being, each session is crafted with care and sensitivity. I believe that a massage is not just a treatment; it is an art form that connects body and mind, creating harmony and balance. By listening to your body and understanding its unique needs, I ensure that every stroke is purposeful and healing. Whether you seek relief from chronic pain, recovery from an injury, or simply a moment of tranquility, the Spa Lot Massage is your sanctuary for rejuvenation and renewal.
I offer sessions that are 30, 60, or 90 minutes long, priced at $60, $100, and $130.
Dynamic Cupping Massage
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
I do Dynamic Cupping, which is a mix of Flash and Glide Cupping. In this cupping, the cup is repeatedly released and replaced on the skin, along with movement across lubricated skin. This cupping Does Not leave the "normal" Static Cupping mark bruises.
This session is 90 minutes long, priced at $145.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, and the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find tremendously calming and centering.
This session is 90 minutes long, priced at $145.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Available for 60 and 90 minute sessions, $115 -$145
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
Available for a 30 minute session, $60
Chair Massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. This service is for corporate and public events.
